01Who we are

Noymon Collective (“Noymon”, “we”, “us”) is a brand operated by PRIVILEGED S.M. P.C., a single-member private company. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

For anything related to your data, email us at info@noymon.com. This is the only channel we use for privacy requests, and a real person reads every message.

02What we collect

Information you give us

  • When you join the Collective or download a free resource: your email address and the date and source of your sign-up.
  • When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and address, the products you bought, the price and taxes, and your order history. Card and payment details are entered directly with our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
  • When you contact us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (country or city level), pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags).
  • Cookies, pixels and similar technologies: see “Cookies and tracking” below. Analytics and marketing technologies only run if you allow them.

Information from partners

  • Payment confirmations and fraud checks from our payment provider.
  • Aggregated reports from advertising platforms about how our ads perform. These do not identify you to us.

04Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that tell a service when something happens on our site, for example a page view, a sign-up or a purchase. When you first visit, a banner asks which non-essential categories you accept. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie preferences link in the banner or the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

If you accept marketing tracking, we may send Meta certain events from our server (Conversions API), such as a sign-up or a purchase, together with information like your email address in hashed (encrypted, one-way) form, so Meta can match the event to an account without us sharing the readable address. Meta and Google act as independent controllers for some of this processing, under their own privacy policies. You can also manage ad preferences directly in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings.

05Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Noymon, under contracts that require them to protect it, and only as much as each one needs. We do not sell your personal data.

06International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. When that happens, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for certified companies) or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where needed.

07How long we keep it

  • Newsletter and free resources: until you unsubscribe. We then keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so we don't email you again.
  • Orders and invoices: for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is generally at least five years after the end of the relevant tax year.
  • Emails with us: up to two years after the conversation ends, unless they're part of an order record.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
  • Cookies: for the lifetimes shown in the table above, or until you delete them.

08Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law (for example, invoices).
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including any processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Data portability: receive your data in a common, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, for emails or cookies, without affecting what happened before.

To use any of these rights, email info@noymon.com. We'll reply within one month, and may ask you to confirm your identity first. It's free.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live, work, or where you believe your rights were infringed. We'd appreciate the chance to fix things first, so please write to us.

09Emails from us

We only send marketing emails if you asked for them, for example by joining the Collective. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Order and download emails are part of your purchase and are sent even if you're not subscribed.

10Children

Noymon is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we'll delete it.

11Security

We use reputable providers with strong security, encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, two-factor authentication on our accounts, and access only for people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will act quickly if something goes wrong.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our products, providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll tell subscribers by email.
