02Our products
We sell digital products, such as PDF playbooks, spreadsheets, Notion templates and AI workflows. Each product page describes what's included. After payment you get instant access to download the files, and a link by email.
03Prices, payment and VAT
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe. We issue an invoice or receipt for every order.
04Your licence
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:
- use the methods, prompts and templates for your own business and for work you do for your clients or employer;
- adapt the templates for that work.
You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense, upload or give away the files, or any substantial part of them, whether free or paid;
- present our products, or a version of them, as your own product or course.
PRIVILEGED S.M. P.C. owns all content and intellectual property in our products.
05No guarantee of results
Our products are educational. They teach methods we use in real work, but results depend on many things outside our control: the business, the offer, the market, the budget, the ad platforms and the work you put in. We don't promise any particular result, revenue or income. Examples in our products are illustrative unless clearly stated otherwise.
Nothing we publish is legal, tax or financial advice. Advertising platforms have their own rules; you are responsible for following them and the laws that apply to your ads.

07Emails and your data

08Third-party tools
Our products refer to tools made by others, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Notion, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. We don't control them, and their features, prices and rules may change. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
09Liability
We work hard to make our products accurate and useful, but they are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or ad spend. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you made your purchase. The date at the top shows the latest version.
11Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where PRIVILEGED S.M. P.C. is registered. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most issues are solved in a single reply. Disputes go to the competent courts of our registered seat, unless the law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
